A charity rock festival will take place in Nizhny Novgorod in support of torture victims

This Saturday, on 1 July 2017, an event in support of the United Nations International Day in Support of Victims of Torture, unprecedented in Russian history, will take place in Nizhny Novgorod – Music Against Torture. The Committee for the Prevention of Torture together with legendary organizers of Nizhny Novgorod rock-scene “NeTramplin Party” are arranging a rock-festival.   

On 1 July starting from 4 p.m. and till morning you will be welcomed by:  

guests from Israel and punk-rock experts Useless ID (Punk Rock) (Haifa, Israel), as well as Shadows of Liberty
(Punk Rock) (Moscow),
Traysi (Punk Rock),
Slumdogs (Metal / Hardcore),
Exaloud (Gangsta Rock),
Yawn Hic (Math Rock),
Thunderballs (Southern Rock),
Fiords (Alternative Rock / Indie),
Apodemus (Stoner / Psychedelic).

The guest area will feature bars and food-courts with democratic prices, barbeque, beach volleyball and other summer pleasures of life. And the main thing –  free entrance! Instead the entrance fee everyone will be able to donate any sum of money they seem fit as a charity to help people who suffered from tortures by law-enforcement officers.
