Today is the last day of a two-day workshop for Bashkirian lawyers taking place in Ufa. The workshop is devoted to the ECtHR case law and interaction with the European Court. It is conducted by experts of INGO “Committee Against Torture”. The workshop covers such issues as interpretation of the ECHR, tactics of working with applicants, case flow procedure in the Strasbourg Court. Lawyers will learn about key precedents of the ECtHR and their relevance for domestic proceedings in front of Russian judicial authorities.
