A training course for lawyers, organized by the Center of Assistance to International Protection has begun in Strasbourg (France). This course was implemented owing to the support of the National Endowment for Democracy (USA). Karina Moskalenko, a world-wide famous human rights lawyer is in charge of the seminar. During the training six practicing lawyers that work with the European Course of Human Rights will get the opportunity to discuss the existing practices of the Court and consult leading lawyers.
In the course of the seminar vice-chairperson of the INGO Committee Against Torture and human rights lawyer Olga Sadovskaya will present her work devoted to the practice of the Court concerning Article 3 of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and one of recently submitted complaints to the Court.
It should be mentioned that this course is the first ever seminar of that level for lawyers from Russian and CIS countries.
