Bashkirian “Yevsyukov” has shot a teacher

The Bashkirian representation of the Committee against Torture has started investigating a new crime committed by the police – murder of a teacher of Russian and literature by a police officer.

   The Bashkirian representation of the Committee against Torture has received an application from Ufa citizens claiming that on 2 May this year their father and husband Albert Faizylkhanovich Mukhamedzakirov, teacher of Russian and literature in a secondary school, was shot.   

While checking that application the Bashkirian representation staff has learnt that the Central Interdistrict Investigation Department of the Investigation Administration of the Investigation Committee under the RF Prosecutor’s Office for the Republic of Bashkortostan opened a criminal case upon the fact of Mukhamedzakirov’s murder. The suspect is junior sergeant Simukhin, officer of a private security agency under the Department of Internal Affairs for the city of Oktyabrsky.  The murder was committed with a serviced gun. At present junior sergeant Simukhin is wanted. The gun with authorized ammunition has not been found.  

The Bashkirian representation of the Interregional Committee against Torture is engaged into a public investigation upon the fact of murder, the victim’s relatives will be provided with the necessary legal assistance.
