On 6 November 2009 in Copenhagen, Denmark, partners of the Interregional Committee against Torture – International Rehabilitation Council for Torture Victims (IRCT) and  Fédération Internationale des Ligues des Droits de l’Homme (FIDH) organize a conference for journalists covering rights violations, especially related to the fight against terrorism. The event is part of the Project: “Preventing torture within the fight against terrorism”.

IRCT invited all interested journalists, including those from Russia, to take part in the conference. IRCT may be able to sponsor journalists’ participation (flight, hotel, etc.) in this event.
