    Head of the Bashkirian Representation of the Committee against Torture Vladislav Sadykov took part in the theoretical and practical conference “Teaching human rights and human rights protection practice” in the Law School of the Bashkirian State University in Ufa. The conference was attended by law professors of the BSU, other Russian higher educational institutions, representatives of NGOs and human rights organizations, students.

In the framework of the conference the participants discussed the problems of teaching human rights in universities of Bashkiria and Russia, as well as practical issues of creating effective human rights mechanisms.
