On February 18, 2013 a meeting of the Permanent HRC Commission on citizen participation in peacemaking and human rights defending in the North Caucasus.

The chairman of the Council Mikhail Fedotov along with the members of the Council Evgeny Bobrov, Aleksandr Mukomolov, Igor Pastuhov, Mara Polyakova and Maksim Shevchenko participated in the meeting.
