On the 31 January 2007 Ms. Julia Harrington, Senior Legal Councilor, director of the Justice Initiative programs of the Open Society Institute (New-York) arrives in Nizhny Novgorod.

   Ms. Harrington will pay a scheduled visit to the Committee Against Torture, where she will discuss with leaders of the Committee some issues, concerned with cooperation of NN CAT and the Foundation under the implemented by the Committee project of combating racial and ethnic discrimination.    

  The partners will discuss issues of future cooperation, develop the policy of mutual work with certain cases, which are being investigated by the Committee under the project.
