The Interregional Committee against Torture has received an application from four Nizhny Novgorod public activists – antifascists. The young men have reported about unlawful treatment they were subjected to by the Nizhny Novgorod police.
   Lawyers of the Committee against Torture have started checking this statement. A corresponding application will be submitted to the investigation authorities for examination.
