The INGO “Committee Against Torture” starts registration for the training “Implementation of Articles 3, 5 and 6 of the European Convention in the practice of domestic courts and the European Court of Human Rights”.

The training will be held on 19-20 August 2013 in Nizhny Novgorod. It will be led by lawyers of the Committee Against Torture and a practicing lawyer with the Law Office “Semenyako, Grib and Partners” (St. Petersburg), PhD candidate in law, legal secretary of the Registry of the European Court of Human Rights (2008-2011) Sergey Golubok. Training Certificate is awarded to participants upon successful completion of the program.
