The INGO “Committee Against Torture” starts registration of human rights defenders for the training “Methods of public investigation into torture and other grave violations of human rights and fundamental freedoms”.

The training will be held on 5-6 October 2013 in Nizhny Novgorod. It will be led by lawyers of the Committee Against Torture who will introduce unique methods of public investigation, that have been developed on the basis of the ten-year experience of the organization and its partners.
