The Committee against Torture will take part in the Nizhny Novgorod NGO Week organized by the Nizhny Novgorod Administration from 22 till 26 December in the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin.
Specialists of the Committee will participate in the NGO fair where they will present their services and results of their activity connected to protection of police abuse victims’ rights to citizens, it is also planned to organize three panel discussions on the issues of the “3rd sector’s” development in the region.
The NGO Week will be closed on 26 December by a joint briefing of Nizhny Novgorod mayor Vadim Bulavinov and heads of city non-governmental organizations.
