Already on August 22, 2005 the Nizhny Novgorod Persecutor’s Office decided to resume criminal case №699499 («Olga Maslova’s case»). Mr. Vasiliy Serov and Mr. Andrey Milkov, indicted under this case, appealed against the decision, but the Nizhny Novgorod district court first, and then the Nizhny Novgorod regional court left the decision in force. Now criminal proceedings against the suspects under Olga Maslova’s case will be resumed.
