On 21 March 2008, at   10 a.m.  in the First Hall of the Nizhny Novgorod regional court there will be a briefing for mass media and a presentation of the Analytical report based on the results of the study conducted by the All-Russian Public Opinion Research Centre «Evaluation of courts performance by the population of Nizhny Novgorod region».

 This research was requested by the Committee against Torture.
