Exactly for this day Sechenov regional court (Nizhny Novgorod region) fixed the next hearing of this case. The hearing that was planned for today was moved by the ruling of judge Kotdusov due to the default of appearance of two defendants – Mr.Sergeev and Mr.Shakirov. As there was no justification of their absence the court decided that presence of the defendants at the following hearing should be ensured by reconduction.
