On 23-25 April in Volga resort the Interregional Committee against Torture (Nizhny Novgorod) together with human rights organization REDRESS (UK) conduct a training entitled “Strategic human rights protection”.  

The training conducted by the European Commission is prepared for Russian NGO staff and deals with the problem of development of effective human rights protection tools in our country.  

The training will cover the issues of effective investigation standards, international and Russian law, ECtHR practice, strategic planning and organization of public campaigns.  

All costs are borne by the Interregional Committee against Torture.
